Twin Cities Magic & Costume stands behind the products we sell.
If your product is defective, please return it to us within 10 days for a replacement or store credit. If it damaged in shipping, please contact the carrier.
We do NOT accept exchanges or returns.
As stated above if a product is defective we will replace with like kind.
An “RA #”, return authorization number, must be issued before any return is accepted or processed. All returns must be returned shipping prepaid by customer.
Twin Cities Magic & Costume reserves the right to repair or replace defective items at their sole discretion.
No returns on Magic, Make up, Electronics or Wigs.
