Stage 2 911 Carrera Turbo system (1984-1989) Boost your 3.2 Carrera with a Protomotive turbo system upgrade. The Stage 2 is offered in multiple configurations. Stage 2 J tube (930 style) Stage 2 on-the-side (using oem heater boxes with the turbo by the valve cover vs. distributor) Stage 2 headers Stage 2 twin-turbo Stage 2 custom Each system has it’s benefits for either fitment, convenience, diy, race and of course performance! The Stage 2 turbo systems main signature is 8.8/1 compression ratio running the oem p/c’s for a cost/performance ratio that’s hard to beat! Running on pump fuel, the performance ranges from 460 to 480 crank hp.  While with some meth injection of ms109, we’ve run these easily into the mid 500’s.
